| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá dlouhodobým sledovaním výsledku po operační léčbě syndromu karpálního tunelu. V teoreticke části je popsán přehled teoretických poznatků, problematika syndromu karpálního tunelu, epidemiologie, diagnostika, terapie, fyzioterapie a ergoterapie. V praktické části se zaměřuji na rozbor 4 kazuistik, které obsahují anamnézy pacientů, lékařské vyšetření nemocného, vstupní vyšetření, závěr předoperačního vyšetření, předpokládaný postup rehabilitační péče, výstupní kineziologický rozbor, zavěr pooperačního vyšetření a subjektivní hodnocení výsledků operace pacientem po 3 měsících od operačního zákroku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with long-term monitoring of results after surgical tre- atment of carpal tunnel syndrome. The theoretical part describes the theoretical knowledge, the problem of carpal tunnel syndrome, epidemiology, diagnostics, therapy, physiotherapy and ergotherapy. In the practical part I focus on the analysis of 4 case reports, which contain patients' medical history, medical examination of the patient, initial examination, conclusion of the preoperative examination, presumed procedure of rehabilitation care, final kinesiolo- gical analysis, conclusion of the postoperative examination and subjective evaluation of the surgery results by the patient after 3 months after surgery . |
