| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá základní charakteristikou a možnými postupy ve fyzioterapii u svalových dystrofií. Celá studie je pro přehlednost rozdělena na dvě hlavní části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je strukturována do sedmi kapitol a několika podkapitol. V této části jsou charakterizovány významné formy svalových dystrofií s větším důsledkem na formu facioscapulohumerální. Dále jsou zde popsány možné fyzioterapeutické postupy u FSHMD, kterými lze ovlivnit vzniklé sekundární změny, nikoliv však kauzální. Druhá, praktická část je výstupem kazuistik dvou probandů s diagnózou FSHMD, u kterých byly aplikovány některé metody z teoretické části. Výsledky sledování potvrzují možné zmírnění bolesti krční páteře pomocí kinesiotapingu a zvýšení ROM pomocí prvků z PNF. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis is focused on the basic characteristic and possible physiotherapy in genetically conditioned muscular dystrophy. The whole study is divided into two main parts: a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part of study is structured into seven chapters and several subchapters. In this part, I discuss individually characterized significant forms of muscular dystrophies with greater emphasis on the FSHMD form. Followed by my discussion of possible physiotherapeutic techniques in facioscapulohumeral form that can affect the secondary changes, but not causal. The other part, the practical one is the result of two case studies of probands with FSHMD, which use some methods described in the theoretical part. The results of this study show that there is a possibility to reduce cervical spine pain by kinesiotaping and influence ROM by PNF techniques. |
