| Abstract: | Teoretická část se zabývá úrovní připravenosti sester na multikulturní ošetřovatelství, analýzou vědomostí zdravotnického personálu v oblasti multikulturního ošetřovatelství a jejich zájmu o multikulturní ošetřovatelství. V úvodu praktické části je stanoven cíl šetření a předpokládané hypotézy. Dále obsahuje zpracování dotazníku a jeho prezentaci, včetně závěrů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part deals with the level of readiness of nurses for multicultural nursing, with the analysis of the medical staff knowledge in the field of multicultural nursing and the interest in multicultural nursing. In the introduction to the practical part there is defined the aim of inquiry as well as expected hypotheses. It also contains questionnaire data processing and its presentation, including conclusions. |
