| Abstract: | Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou sankcionování delikventní mládeže se zaměřením na seznámení se sankcemi jim ukládaným v systému trestního práva, a to v souvislosti s významnými legislativními změnami, zejména v kontextu znění zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku sankcí formálních, ukládaných soudem v reakci na odsouzení mladistvého pachatele, tak i vybraným odklonům. Představuje právní úpravu trestání delikventní mládeže České republiky a Rakouska s akcentem problematiky v historickém vývoji, změnách v přístupu ke kriminalitě mládeže a konečně upozorňuje na sporné otázky v systému zacházení s mladistvými delikventy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The rigorous thesis deals with the issue of sanctioning delinquent juveniles with a focus on the introduction of sanctions imposed on them under the system of criminal law, in connection with significant legislative changes, especially in the context of the wording of the Juvenile Justice Act. It focuses on the characteristics of formal sanctions imposed by the court in response to the conviction of a juvenile offender as well as selected deflections. It introduces the legislation on punishing the delinquent juveniles in the Czech Republic and Austria, with an emphasis on the historical development of the issue and changes in the approach to juvenile delinquency, and finally draws attention to contentious issues in the system of dealing with juvenile offenders. |
