| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou současných procesů vedoucích ke vzniku, změnám a zániku služebního poměru příslušníků PČR podle zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků veřejných sborů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Ve stěžejní části se práce zaobírá vznikem služebního poměru příslušníků PČR a jeho náležitostem, ale nezapomíná na rozebrání metod zániku. Práce se také zaobírá podmínkami pro přijetí k bezpečnostnímu sboru a omezením některých práv příslušníka ve služebním poměru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the specifics of commencement and termination of service relationship of members of Czech Republic Police pursuant to the Act. no. 361/2003 Coll. The work is focused mainly on the commencement of service and the process, but it does not forget methods of termination of service. In the first part this work generally deals with basic concepts of Czech Republic Police and its service relationship. It creates theorecial solution for specific problematic aspects, which are appearing in practice. This work focuses mostly on the area of career system and practical consequences. Closing part of this thesis deals with the types of termination of service. The aim of this work is to analyze some problematic quetions of the service relationship, its impact on actual personnel resourses. This work also brings analysis of low personnel resourses. |
