| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na migraci ve zdravotnictví. Nejprve je provedena rešerže definicí a základní pojmů,dále základních teoretických přístupů. Hlavní část je věnována analýze migrace ve zdravotnictví a komparaci na příkladu vybraných zemí - ČR, Německo, Rakousko, s využitím statistik přílivu a odlivu lékařů. Následné části obsahují zhodnocení makroekonomických, socio-kulturních a dalších významných dopadů. Závěr shrnuje problematiku a zodpovídá definované otázky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diplom thesis is focused on migration in healthcare. First, a search of definitions and basic concepts, basic theoretical approaches is made.The main part is devoted to the analysis of migration in health care and comparison on the example of selected countries - Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, using statistics of inflow and outflow of doctors. Subsequent sections include an assessment of macroeconomic, socio-cultural and other significant impacts.The conclusion summarizes the issues and answers of the defined questions. |
