| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na controlling pracovního kapitálu v podniku Daiho Czech s.r.o. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje pojem controlling se zaměřením na controlling pracovního kapitálu. Dále je v teoretické části popsána finanční analýza. Praktická část práce se nejdříve věnuje představení vybraného podniku a analýze externího a interního prostředí. Poté jsou charakterizovány controllingové aktivity v podniku. Významná část práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti řízení jednotlivých složek pracovního kapitálu. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny provedené analýzy a navržena patřičná doporučení ke zlepšení řízení pracovního kapitálu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work is focused on controlling of working capital in the company Daiho Czech s.r.o. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the concept of controlling with focus on controlling of working capital. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the financial analysis. The practical part of the thesis is firstly dedicated to the presentation of the selected company and analysis of external and internal environment. Thereafter the controlling activities in the company are characterized. An important part of the thesis concerns with the evaluation of the effectiveness of management of individual working capital components. In conclusion, the conducted analyzes are evaluated and the appropriate recommendations for the improvement of working capital are proposed. |
