| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obilovinami a luštěninami ve výživě člověka. Bakalářská práce má čtyři kapitoly a je rozdělena na teoretickou část a část výzkumnou. Cílem práce je charakterizovat obiloviny a luštěniny. V práci uvádím historii těchto potravin, základní charakteristiku a některé druhy. Dále se zabývám vlivem obilovin a luštěnin na zdraví člověka. Jsou popsány jak účinky pozitivní, tak účinky negativní. V práci jsou také uvedena výživová doporučení. Výzkumná část za pomoci dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje, jaké teoretické poznatky respondenti mají a zda se tyto poznatky promítají do praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals cereals and legumes in regard to human nutrition. This bachelor thesis has four chapters and is dividend into a theoretical part and a research part. The aim of this work is to characterize cereals and legumes. I present the history of these foods, basics charcteristics and some species. Further more, I deal with influence of cereals and legumes on human health. Both positive and negative effects are described. The paper also includes nutritional recommendations. There search part, using a questionnairesurvey, ascertains what theoretical knowledge the respondents have and whether these findings are reflected in practise. |
