| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na carvingové lyžování a na cvičení, která mají pomoci tuto techniku naučit. V úvodu je stručně popsáno, co je carvingové lyžování. V další části jsou druhy carvingu a vysvětlení nejpoužívanějších technik. V poslední části jsou cvičení, která jsou obsažená ve videoprogramu. Každé cvičení obsahuje popis a nejčastější chyby. V praktické části jsou základní údaje o videoprogramu a podrobný technický scénář, podle kterého byl natočen. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is in the theoretical part focused on carving skiing and exercises to help with this technique. In the introduction, there is a brief description of carving skiing. In the next section are types of carving and explanations of the most used techniques. The last part is exercises that are included in the video program. Each exercise contains a description and the most common mistakes. In the practical part are the basic data about the video program and the detailed technical scenario according to which it was filmed. |
