| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s různými druhy používaných řešení pro hlavní pohon u obráběcích strojů. Blíže se pak práce zaměřuje na řešení hlavního pohonu pro horizontku FCW 150 pomocí vícestupňové převodovky s předlohovou hřídelí. V praktické části se práce zabývá výpočtem a konstrukčním návrhem právě takové převodovky, která splní zadané požadavky. Výpočet byl proveden v programu KISSys, a model i výkresová dokumentace v programu Siemens NX 12. |
| Abstract in different language: | Aim of this bachelor is to apprise readers with different kinds of solutions in main drives of machine tools. Then the work focuses to the main drive of a horizontal boring machine FCW 150. In the practical part of this work is the main goal designing of the step change gearbox -design with countershaft for boring machine FCW 150. In this part, you can find a procedure of designing and results from calculations. Calculations were realized by software KISSys. The designed gearbox must meet the specified requirements. Model and production documentation were made in 3D CAD software SIEMENS NX 12. |
