| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikatelskou činnost firmy V. Nedvěd společnost s ručením omezená. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V úvodu teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska části praktické. Následně jsou popsány analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a metody situační analýzy. Tyto analýzy jsou následně vypracovány v části praktické. Dále je v praktické části charakterizována firma V. Nedvěd, následně její makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány návrhy a doporučení pro firmu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor thesis is focused on business activities of V. Nedvěd´s limited liability company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the introduction of the theoretical part are described the theoretical basis of the practical part. Subsequently, analyzes of internal and external environment and methods of situational analysis are described. These analyzes are then elaborated in the practical section. Furthermore, in the practical part is characterized company V. Nedvěd, then its macro-environment and micro-environment. At the end of the thesis, proposals and recommendations for the company are processed. |
