| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pohledávky společnosti Vodárna Plzeň, a.s. Cílem této práce je analyzovat aktuální stav pohledávek společnosti Vodárna Plzeň, a.s., vyhodnotit získané informace a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Tato práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou na základě literární rešerše vymezeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti pohledávek. Nejdříve je vymezen pojem pohledávka, jeho vznik a zánik. Poté jsou pohledávky popsány z účetního hlediska, jejich řízení, zajištění a vymáhání. Dále jsou v teoretické části charakterizovány pohledávky z daňového hlediska. V praktické části je nejdříve představena společnost Vodárna Plzeň, a.s. a následně jsou analyzovány pohledávky společnosti. V závěru jsou návrhy, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on receivables of Vodárna Plzeň, a.s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of receivables of Vodárna Plzeň, a.s. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the literature search is based on theoretical knowledge of the claims. First, this thesis takes a look at the term receivable, its origin and demise. Thereafter, the receivables are described and their management, collateral and enforcement and their mraning in the accounting terms. After that, the theoretical part describes receivables from the tax point of view. In the practical part, the company Vodárna Plzeň, a.s. is introduced and then the company's claims are analyzed. In conclusion, there are suggestions which could help to improve the current situation of the company. |
