| Abstract: | Na začátku práce popisuje problematiku pájení, testování pájitelnosti a nejčastěji používané testy. Dále poskytuje bližší pohled na pájení přetavením, konkrétně pak na metodu pájení v parách. Práce též obsahuje přehled nejpoužívanějších softwarů na vyhodnocení obrazu, konkrétně pak softwary ImageJ, NIS Elements a Eidos microscope. V závěru je popsán experiment, který porovnává účinek nejčastěji používaných druhů tavidel na různých povrchových úpravách, jeho realizace a porovnání a zhodnocení výsledků dosažených tímto experimentem. |
| Abstract in different language: | At the beginning the thesis describes the problems of soldering, solderability testing and the most frequently used tests. It also provides a closer look at the solder reflow, namely the method of soldering in the vapor. The thesis also provides an overview of the most widely used software for image evaluation, namely software ImageJ, NIS Elements and Eidos microscope. At the end is described the experiment, which compares the effect of commonly used types of fluxes in different surface treatments, its implementation and evaluation and comparison of results obtained in this experiment. |
