| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zapojení podniků do péče o zdraví zaměstnanců, a to s důrazem na praktickou aplikaci na příkladech konkrétních podniků. První část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky o současných trendech, ale i o povinné části péče o zdraví zaměstnanců v České republice. V druhé části jsou představeny dva vybrané podniky a následně analyzována jejich péče o zdraví jejich zaměstnanců. Přesněji, jaké typy zaměstnaneckých benefitů svým zaměstnancům nabízejí. Dále pak jakou formou jim na ně finančně přispívají a jaké jsou jejich daňové dopady. V závěru je celé téma shrnuto a jednotlivým podnikům jsou navrhnuta možná řešení, případně zlepšení v péči o zdraví jejich zaměstnanců. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis submitted deals with the topic of involvement of companies in employee health care with emphasis on practical application on the examples of specific existing companies. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge of current trends and of the mandatory part of employee health care in the Czech Republic. In the other part two companies chosen are presented and the employee health care they provide is analysed. Specifically, which types of employee benefits they offer to their employees. Furthermore, in what form do they contribute financially to them and what are the tax implications. In the conclusion, the summary of the whole topic is contained, and possible solutions or improvements in employee health care are proposed to individual companies. |
