| Abstract: | V rámci výzkumu této práce byly zjišťovány mezidruhové rozdíly ve výskytu potočnic řádu Branchiobdellida na tocích s prokázanou přítomností našich původních druhů raků. Dílčími cíli bylo dále zachytit četnost jednotlivých potočnic a zanalyzovat možnou závislost výskytu potočnic v souvislosti s délkou raka. Zkoumána byla i délková struktura těla raků na sledovaných tocích. Výzkum probíhal v roce 2019 na šesti tocích. Všechna data byla statisticky a vyhodnocena a následně graficky znázorněna. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the research of this work, interspecies differences in the occurrence of branchiobdellidans in streams with a proven presence of native species of crayfish were found out. The partial goal was to capture the frequency of occurrence of individual branchiobdellidans and to analyze the possible relationship between the occurrence of branchiobdellidans and the length of crayfish. The body length of crayfish in the monitored streams was examined also. The research was carried out in 2019 on six streams All data were statistically evaluated and graphically represented. |
