| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaobírá rozborem techniky útočných a obranných činností ve stolním tenisu. Teoretická část obsahuje popis vývoje stolního tenisu u nás a ve světě, dále informuje o vybavení potřebného ke hře stolního tenisu, o pravidlech, o herních stylech, o úderových a pohybových technikách tohoto sportu. Praktická část zahrnuje natočení výukového materiálu, popisuje a vysvětluje základní údery s patřičným komentářem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with the analysis of the technique of offensive and defensive activities in table tennis. The theoretical part contains a description of the development of table tennis in our country and in the world, it also informs about the equipment needed to play table tennis, about the rules, about the playing styles, about the punching and movement techniques of this sport. The practical part includes the rotation of teaching material, describes and explains the basic strokes with appropriate commentary. |
