| Abstract: | Diplomová práce má poskytnout čtenáři komplexní přehled všech aspektů týkajících se pojištění motorových vozidel. Práce je členěna do devíti kapitol, kdy první kapitola se věnuje historickému vývoji institutu pojištění motorových vozidel. Převážná část práce pak poskytuje zhodnocení současné právní úpravy v České republice. Vysvětluje samotný institut pojištění motorových vozidel. Tato pojištění dělí dále na obligatorní a fakultativní. Rozebírá vznik, trvání a zánik těchto pojištění. V poslední části přináší autor vlastní návrhy na zlepšení současné právní úpravy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis should provide to the readers a comprehensive overview of all aspects regarding the insurance of the motor vehicle. The work is divided to the nine chapters. The first chapter deals with the historical development of the institute of the insurance of the motor vehicle. The major part of thesis provides the evaluation of the current legislation in the Czech Republic. The thesis explains the institute of insurance of the motor vehicles as well and the insurance is divided on the compulsory and voluntary insurance. The thesis also analyses the formation, duration and termination of the insurance. The last chapter deals with the author's own proposals for improving the current legislation. |
