| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou očkování v České republice a Ruské federaci, postojem a názory rodičů na problematiku. Teoretická část práce pojednává o historii očkování, vlivu očkování na imunitní systém, zásadách správného očkování, druzích očkovacích látek, reakcích po očkování, reakcích organismu podle vztahu k očkovací látce, nejznámějších odpůrcích očkování a porovnání současných očkovacích kalendářů v České republice a Ruské federaci. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na postoje a názory rodičů ohledně problematiky očkování, hodnotí spokojenost respondentů s informacemi, které jim podali lékaři. Zjišťuje hlavní obavy rodičů ohledně komplikací a informační zdroje rodičů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of vaccination in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. Graduation work addresses opinions and attitudes of parents to this issue. It includes a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section describes the history of vaccination, the effect of vaccination on the immune system, principles of correct vaccination, types of vaccines, complications of vaccination, reactions of the organism in relation to the vaccine, arguments of famous opposers of vaccination and a comparison of immunization calendar between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. The practical section analyzes the anonymous questionnaire responses, in which we aim to find out parents' opinions on vaccination, their level of satisfaction with the information given by the medical specialists, main concerns regarding vaccinations and sources of information parents use. |
