| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s Crohnovou chorobou. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je zpracována anatomie a funkce zažívacího ústrojí, Crohnova choroba, její charakteristika, příčiny, příznaky, diagnostické metody a různé způsoby léčby choroby. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky, kde jsme se věnovali ošetřovatelské péči a problémům pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. V kazuistikách je popsán průběh hospitalizace, ošetřovatelské diagnózy, plán ošetřovatelské péče a plán edukační. S oběma respondenty byl veden polostrukturovaný rozhovor. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with nursing care for patients with Crohn's disease. It is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is concentrating on the anatomy and function of the digestive system, Crohn's disease, its characteristics, causes, symptoms, diagnostic methods and various methods of treatment of the disease. In the practical part are written two case reports are processed, where we focused on nursing care and the problems of patients with Crohn's disease. The case reports describe the course of hospitalization, nursing diagnosis, nursing care plan and educational plan. |
