| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou současných procesů vedoucích ke vzniku, průběhu, změnám a zániku služebního poměru vojáka z povolání především podle zákona č. 221/1999 Sb., o vojácích z povolání, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. V úvodu tato diplomová práce rámcově upravuje zasazení služebního poměru vojáka z povolání do správního práva. Ve stěžejní části se práce zaobírá vznikem služebního poměru příslušníků Armády České republiky a jeho náležitostem, také poukazuje na problematiku průběhu, změn a nezapomíná na rozebrání metod zániku. Práce se také zaobírá důležitostí služebního poměru vojáka z povolání a jeho benefity i přitěžujícími okolnostmi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the specifics of the formation, progression, alteration and termination of an active military career in Czech Republic. Mainly pursuant to the Act. no. 221/1999 Coll. In the introduction, this diploma thesis generally regulates the insertion of the service relationship of a professional soldier into administrative law. The main part of the thesis deals with the formation of the service relationship of The army of the Czech Republic members and its requisites, also points out the problems of progression, alternation and does not forget to analyze the methods of termination. The work also deals with the importance of the service relationship of a professional soldier and its benefits and aggravating circumstances. |
