| dc.description.abstract | Téma mé práce se týká úplatkářství z hlediska trestně právního a trestně procesního. Úplatkářství úzce souvisí s korupcí. V první kapitole jsou tyto dva pojmy definovány a je zde vymezen jejich vztah. Dále je pojednáno o jednotlivých trestných činech na základě platné právní úpravy trestního zákoníku jako je přijetí úplatku, podplácení a nepřímé úplatkářství. Další kapitola upravuje procesní instrumenty napomáhající k odhalování a objasňování této kriminality. Dále jsou zde uvedeny některé významné mezinárodní protikorupční nástroje a v neposlední řadě i boj proti korupci v rámci České republiky. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theme of my work relates to the bribery in terms of the criminal law and the criminal procedure. The bribery is closely linked with the corruption. In the first chapter, these two concepts are defined and defined their relationship.
