Abstract: Předkládaná diplomová práce se v úvodu věnuje aplikacím oxidů feromagnetických kovů (Fe, Co a Ni) a stručně popisuje co je to naprašování a specifika reaktivní depozice. V další kapitole popisuje kvantové výpočty a metodu DFT. Dává stručný vhled do problematiky simulací oxidace výše zmíněných prvků.
Abstract in different language: At the beginning, the presented thesis is focused on practical applications of ferromagnetic metals (Fe, Co, Ni) and briefly describes sputtering process and especially reactive deposition. Next, it describes quantum computing and especially DFT method. Briefly shows the current state in the field of modelling of oxidation process above mentioned metals and gives a brief look into what was already done in this field and what questions remains opened for this paper. This chapter also contains and theoretical description of behaviour of other transition metals oxidation during reactive sputtering. This work follows up the methodology and expand the list of examined metals with above mentioned three. Furthermore, the work deals with the used methodology, which presents some theory for further understanding of usage PWscf software, that was used for all quantum computing. Also, this chapter contains preparation computing details and some of their results. In the last chapter, there is summarized preference to create heterogenous mixture of stoichiometric oxide + metal or homogenous suboxide on the metal surface for each studied metal. There are also discussed maximum possible oxygen coverages for each metal and changes in magnetic properties due to oxidation of metal surface.
