| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá trestnou činností páchanou na dětech na sociálních sítích. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo podat základní exkurz do této problematiky široké laické veřejnosti, seznámit ji se skutkovými podstatami vybraných trestných činů, které pod tuto problematiku spadají a analyzovat současnou právní úpravu v České republice. Dále jsem se v práci zaměřila na kyberprostor, především na sociální sítě a jejich nástrahy. Poté jsem se soustředila na pachatele a dítě jako oběť. Následně jsem se zabývala případovou studií a závěrem představila své náměty de lege ferenda. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with criminal activities against children on social networks. The aim of my thesis was to submit a basic excursion into this issue to the general public, to acquaint it with the facts of selected crimes that fall under this issue and to analyze the current legislation in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, at work, I focused on cyberspace, especially social networks and their pitfalls. Then I focused on the perpetrator and the child as the victim. Subsequently, I dealt with case studies and finally presented my ideas de lege ferenda. |
