| Abstract: | Tématem práce jsou moderní trendy v managementu. V teoretické části jsou přiblíženy kapitoly historie managementu, vedení lidí, moderní nástroje a time management. Na základě těchto kapitol vznikla praktická část, která se skládá ze dvou rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky firem a celkového zhodnocení společností Monteko s. r. o. a Hutchinson s. r. o. Hlavním výstupem práce je zjištění využití nejpoužívanějších moderních nástrojů managementu u jednotlivých firem, které působily v rozdílném časovém úseku. Dále také porovnání jejich vedení a time managementu a na základě toho vznikla doporučení pro současně fungující společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main topics of this thesis are modern trends in management. The theoretical part consists of history of management, leadership of employees, modern management tools and time management. Practical part of this thesis was created on the basis of theoretical knowledge collected in this thesis. The practical part consists of two interviews with chief officers and general evaluation of selected companies Monteko co. and Hutchinson co. The main outcome of this thesis is learning the usage of the most used management tools, which were active in different centuries. Other outcomes are comparison of their employee leadership and time management. Thanks to all the information obtained and discovered, recommendations were created for all active companies. |
