| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce Obchodní plán firmy na základě aktivní marketingové činnosti je zhodnocení současné situace společnosti a návrh obchodního plánu prostřednictvím jednotlivých prvků marketingového mixu. V úvodní části je společnost charakterizována, následuje situační analýza, která provede rozbor marketingové situace, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy. V další kapitole je SWOT analýza zachycující silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby společnosti. V bakalářské práci je ze získaných dat zpracován návrh obchodního plánu, který je na závěr vyhodnocen. Cílem obchodního plánu je zavedení nového produktu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this thesis is the business plan and active marketing program of a company and assess the current situation of the company's business plan and proposal through the various elements of marketing mix. The first part characterizes the company and is followed by situational analysis that will analyze the marketing situation with analysis of the internal and external business environment. The next chapter is a SWOT analysis featuring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the company. The derived data in the thesis were used in a draft business plan, which is then evaluated in the end of the thesis. The aim of the business plan is to introduce a new product. |
