| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje koordinačním schopnostem s ohledem na specifika atletických disciplín a následné využití v národní házené u dětí staršího školního věku. V teoretické části je popsán starší školní věk, motorika, koordinační schopnosti, rozvoj koordinace, Národní házená, využití atletických disciplín v házené a tělovýchovná jednota Plzeň-Újezd. Praktická část se zabývá průběhem výzkumu, vybranými koordinačními testy, zapojením intervence do tréninkových jednotek, porovnáním výsledků experimentální a kontrolní skupiny a vyhodnocením, zda lze intervencí zlepšit úroveň koordinačních schopností. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor´s thesis deals with coordination skills considering specifics of athletic disciplines and following usage in national handball in children of older school age. In the theoretical part is described the older school age, motor skills, coordination skills, development of coordination, national handball, usage of athletic disciplines in handball and physical education unit Pilsen-Újezd. Practical part deals with process of research, selected coordination tests, involvement of the intervention in training groups, comparison of experimental and control group results and evaluation of whether the intervention can improve the level of coordination skills. |
