Použití střídače v moderních pohonech znamená zanesení nových frekvenčních složek do spektra napětí, proudu i elektromagnetického hluku. |
Abstract in different language: | Electromagnetic noise is an acoustic noise radiated from an electric drive due to electromagnetic forces and vibrations in electric machines and other parts of the electric drive. Using of inverter in modern electric drives brings additional frequency components into voltage, current and electromagnetic frequency spectra. These components appear due to inverter switching and depend on the method which is choosed to control the inverter. Usually the inverter is controlled by Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), which gives the drive the characteristic sound. In this thesis we examine few control algorithms with an intention to reduce the acoustic noise of the drive. First, we describe the noise and vibrations generation in case of a drive controlled by PWM. Then we deal with Random Pulse Width Modulation (RPWM) techniques, which have been created for reducing the noise of the drive and have been published several times. Besides the modulation techniques, we have developed control algorithms based on Model Predictive Control (MPC), which substitute modulation for inverter control and Field Oriented Control (FOC) to control the drive. These algorithms allow us to control the acoustic behaviour of the drive and to suppress mechanical resonances. All control algorithms have been simulated snad tested on laboratory induction motor drive with inverter. MPC algorithms particularly have significant flexibility and are able to be adjusted to any of AC electric drives. |
