| Abstract: | V diplomové práci řeším oprávnění příslušníků Policie České republiky provádět identifikační úkony za účelem budoucí identifikace pachatele trestného činu. Zabývám se možnostmi řešení sběru osobních údajů a jejich dalšího nezbytného zpracování pro účely předcházení, vyhledávání, odhalování, vyšetřování trestné činnosti a stíhání trestných činů. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my diploma thesis I deal with the authorization of members of the Police of the Czech Republic to perform identification acts for the purpose of future identification of the perpetrator of a crime. I deal with the possibilities of solving the collection of personal data and their further necessary processing for the purposes of prevention, search, detection, investigation of criminal offenses and prosecution of criminal offenses. |
