| Abstract: | Cílem diplomované práce je stanovit optimální cenu produktu s ohledem na vnitřní a vnější faktory společnosti. Pro tento cíl práce je zvolena společnost Heaven Labs, s.r.o. s produktem MANA. První kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretickou rešerši a zahrnuje oblasti analýzy prostředí, cenových politik, metody tvorby cen a konečné přizpůsobování ceny. Druhá kapitola se již věnuje praktické části práce. Jsou zpracovány analýzy prostředí společnosti, na základě kterých jsou provedeny metody tvorby ceny daného produktu. Se získanými poznatky je poté navrhnuta optimální cena výrobku a přizpůsobení ceny. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the master's thesis is to determine an optimal price of a product with regard to internal and external factors. Company Heaven Labs, s.r.o. with their product MANA has been chosen for the aim of this thesis. The first chapter focuses on theoretical research and includes subjects as analysis of an environment, pricing policy, methods of pricing and final price adjustments. The second chapter focuses on practical part of the thesis. Analysis of company's environment is done, based on which are performed methods of pricing of mentioned product. After the acquired knowledge, the optimal price of the product is proposed with all of its adjustments. |
