| Abstract: | Jednou ze záležitostí, která by měla zajímat organizátory dlouhodobě pravidelně probíhajících soutěží, je motivace jejich účastníků. Je těžké najít nějaké snadno určitelné indikátory jejich motivace, ale jeden kvantitativní způsob se nabízí – měření věrnosti účastníků, tedy míry toho, kolik z účastníků jednoho ročníku se přenese do dalšího. Příspěvek přinese srovnání věrnosti několika známých fyzikálních soutěží pořádaných Matematicko-fyzikální fakultou a také Fyzikální olympiády na základě dat z databáze výsledků soutěží MŠMT Excelence. |
| Abstract in different language: | The loyalty of the participants of regular competitions is surely one parameter that should concern competitions' organisers. It is difficult to find some accessible quantitative data, but there is an excellent possibility to use the rate of the loyalty of participants - the share of the participants who participated this and last year to the total number of last year’s participants who could participate this year. The article brings a comparison of participants' loyalty of a few competitions organised by the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University and Physics Olympiad. |
