| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na hodnocení a testování kariérních stránek vybraných podniků a organizací. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní částí, které se dále člení na několik menších částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezené pojmy vztahující se k online marketingu, tvorbě webových stránek a přijímání nových zaměstnanců. V části hodnocení webových stránek vybraných společností je vytvořeno testování kariérních stránek pomocí předem zadaných kritérií. Z výsledků tohoto testování a hodnocení jsou dále analyzovány získaná data. Cílem tohoto testování bylo zjistit do jaké míry naplňují kariérní stránky vybraných podniků a organizací obsahové a technické parametry. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and testing of career websites of selected companies and organizations. The work is divided into two main parts, which are further divided into several smaller parts. The theoretical part defines the terms related to online marketing, website creation and hiring new employees. In the part of evaluation of websites of selected companies, pre-testing of career pages is created using specified criteria. The obtained data are further analyzed from the results of this testing and evaluation. The aim of this testing was to find out to what extent the career aspects of selected companies and organizations meet the content and technical parameters. |
