| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací v podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající systém interní komunikace ve společnosti OKULA Nýrsko a.s. a formulovat návrhy, které povedou k jeho zlepšení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy, které se vztahují k problematice interní komunikace. Praktická část práce obsahuje základní informace o vybraném podniku a popisuje zjištěný stávající systém interní komunikace. Práce dále obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit pohled zaměstnanců na interní komunikaci v podniku. Na základě všech zjištění je provedeno zhodnocení a doporučení změn. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in the organization. The aim of the work is to evaluate the current system of internal communication in the company OKULA Nýrsko a.s. and to formulate suggestions which will lead to its improvement. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms that are related to the issue of internal communication. The practical part of the thesis contains basic information about the chosen organization and describes the identified current system of internal communication. Furthermore, the practical part contains a questionnaire survey, which aims is to find out the view of employees on the course of internal communication in the organization. Based on all findings is evaluation and several changes are recommends. |
