| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na komplexní přípravu amatérské závodnice na soutěž v kategorii bikini fitness. Teoretická část popisuje kategorii bikini fitness, její dělení a též soutěže, ve kterých mohou dívky/ženy soutěžit. Dále obsahuje charakteristiku sportovního stravování v kooperaci s fyzickým i psychickým tréninkem osob. V neposlední řadě je zahrnut i rozbor pohybových schopností, které se v tomto odvětví uplatňují. V praktické části jsou již rozebrány konkrétní jídelní a tréninkové plány, samotný průběh soutěže a je zahrnuto i porovnání postavy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on a complex preparation of an amateur contestant in a bikini fitness competition. The theoretical part describes the bikini fitness category, its divisions, and competitions that women can participate in. It also comprises a sports diet characterisation in cooperation with a physical and psychical training. Finally, it even includes analysis of motion abilities which employ in such cases. The practical part of the thesis analyses particular diet and training plans and the competition's course itself, and body comparison is included. |
