| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na placentu a její funkce. Teoretická část sumarizuje informace o placentě, plodových obalech a pupečníku. Zabývá se morfologií, funkcemi, patologiemi placenty a vedením III. doby porodní. Práce shrnuje možnosti zpracování a využití placenty po porodu, včetně placentových rituálů. Praktická část se zabývá otázkou, jak těhotné ženy vnímají placentu a jaké o ní mají informace. Z práce vyplynulo, že většina těhotných žen považuje placentu za biologický odpad, ale vyšlo najevo, že i přesto mají o funkcích a významu placenty dostatečné informace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the placenta and its functions. The theoretical part summarizes the information about the placenta, amniotic sac and umbilical cord. It deals with the morphology, functions, pathologies of the placenta and management of third stage of labour. The bachelor thesis summarizes the possibilities of processing and use of the placenta after labour, including placental rituals. The practical part deals with the question of how pregnant women perceive the placenta and what information they have about it. The work showed that most pregnant women consider the placenta to be a biological waste, but it turned out that they still have sufficient information about the functions and importance of the placenta. |
