Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím Akrální koaktivační terapie u běžců. |
Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the use of Acral Coactivation Therapy in runners. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the essence of Acral Coactivation Therapy. In the second chapter is discussed kinesiology of running in detail. The third chap-ter deals with proper running technique and the last chapter of the theoretical part describes most common injuries of runners. In the practical part, the examined sample is characterized, the methodology of the work is described and a demonstration of the exercise unit is shown. At the end of this work, results of measurements of twenty probands before and after the six-week treatment are de-scribed, the discussion of the hypotheses established and the conclusion of the work are shown. Two of the four hypotheses were confirmed, namely a reduction in pain on the VAS scale at least for one degree during a five kilometers run and an increase in running or walk-ing speed within five kilometer track. The hypothesis dealing with spinal strain and the hy-pothesis of improved Achilles tendon position were refuted. |
