| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Adaptační proces všeobecných sester na oddělení následné intenzivní péče" v teoretické části popisuje adaptační proces, adaptaci a její druhy, popisuje oddělení následné intenzivní péče, skladbu pacientů, přístroje i personální zajištění. Informuje o způsobu získání způsobilosti všeobecné sestry. Představuje počátky mentorství až do současnosti. Vysvětluje pojmy jako supervize a percepting. Vysvětluje nám risk management, kam adaptační proces spadá, protože je to riziko pro každou organizaci a zařízení. V praktické části je popisována zkušenost sester s adaptačním procesem na oddělení následné intenzivní péče. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bachelor's thesis "Adaptive process of general nurses in the after-care unit" describes the adaptation process, adaptation and it's types in the theoretical part, describing the after-care unit, patient mix, instruments and staffing. It shall inform the manner in which the general nurse is eligible. It represents the beginnings of mentorship to the present day. It explains concepts such as supervision and percepting. It explains to us the risk ma-nagement where the adaptation process falls because it is a risk to every organisation and facility. In the practical part, the nurses' experience of the adaptation process to the after-care unit is described. |
