| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské péče pacientů s erysipelem. Práce je členěna do dvou částí- teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část na základě odborných pramenů popisuje anatomii, fyziologii a patofyziologii kůže, dermatovenerologická onamocnění obecně a samotný erysipel, jako onemocnění, jeho stádia, komplikace a specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty, zasažené tímto onemocněním. Dále se věnuje etiologii onemocnění, jeho zavlečení do organismu a terapií, jak komplexní tak lokální. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem participanta, který tímto onemocněním prošel. Cílem vlastního výzkumu bylo zjistit, která ošetřovatelská specifika u něj byla aplikována a zda se shodovala se standartně zavedenými specifiky ošetřovatelské péče.Předmětem kvalitativního zkoumání byly i subjektivní vjemy participanta během individuálně nastavené terapie. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of nursing care for patients with erysipelas. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part, based on professional sources, describes the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the skin, dermatovenerological diseases in general and erysipelas itself, as a disease, its stages, complications and specifics of nursing care for patients affected by this disease. He also deals with the etiology of the disease, its introduction into the body and therapies, both complex and local. The practical part of the work deals with qualitative research of the participant who underwent this disease. The aim of the research was to find out which nursing specifics were applied to him and whether it complied with the standard established specifics of nursing care. The subjective perceptions of the participant during the individually set therapy were also the subject of qualitative research. |
