| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá účinností léčby bolesti pomocí technik Strain-Counterstrain a postizometrické relaxace v oblasti krční páteře. Obě techniky byly použi-ty na reflexní změny v oblasti musculus trapezius ve dvou sériích, mezi kterými byla sedmidenní pauza. Hodnocení vlivu těchto technik bylo podloženo pomocí vizuální analogové škály (VAS), Pressure Pain Treshold (PPT) a rozsahu pohybu (ROM) lateroflexe krční páteře. Oba přístupy prokázaly analgetický účinek, přičemž technika Strain-Counterstrain byla úspěšnější v aspektech VAS a PPT, větší ROM byl zaznamenám díky technice postizometrické relaxace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the effectiveness of pain using the Strain-Counterstrain technique and the post-isometric relaxation technique in the cervical spine area. Both techniques were used on reflex changes and pain in the trapezius muscle area in two series, in between two groups, which was a seven-day break. The evaluation of the effect of these techniques was based on Visual Analog Scale (VAS), Pressure Pain Treshold (PPT), and Range of Movement (ROM) lateral flexion of the cervical spine. Both approaches have shown an analgesic effect, with Strain-Counterstrain being successful in aspects of VAS and PPT, greater ROM was recorded due to post-isometric contraction. |
