| Abstract: | Moje diplomová práce pojednává o autorskoprávní ochraně audiovizuálních děl. Zabývá se problematikou kontinentálního a copyrightového systému autorského práva,speciální úpravou licenční smlouvy pro oblast audiovizuálních děl, dobou autorskoprávní ochrany audiovizálního díla, jakož i obecně problematikou smlouvy licenční. |

It deals with issues of copyright and the continental system of copyright, special treatment licensing agreement for the area of audiovisual works, with the duration of copyright protection of audiovisual work, as well as general issues of licensing agreements. |
