| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá stanovami družstva a jejich úlohou, jakožto základního dokumentu družstva. V práci je pojednáno o současné platné právní úpravě. Zároveň je vzpomenuta i úprava historická, se kterou je na některých místech srovnáváno. Taktéž je provedeno srovnání se zahraniční právní úpravou, tam kde se to jeví jako vhodné. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work is aimed to articles of cooperative and their role as the fundamental cooperative's document. In the work is tracted the actual legislation. Simultaneously is mentioned historical legislation, that is compared to the up to date legislation. Also is compared with foreign legislation, where it may be usefull. |
