| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem jednotlivých druhů nákladů řízení a dále právy a povinnostmi účastníků řízení spojenými s povinnostmi platit a hradit náklady řízení a také problematikou rozhodování soudu o nákladech řízení. Obsahem práce je také krátký historický vývoj nákladů řízení, srovnání s německou právní úpravou a několik úvah "de lege ferenda". |
| Abstract in different language: | This work includes the types of costs, the proceeding rights and duties connected with paying and the following reimbursing of costs by the subjects of the civil proceeding and also the decision-making of the court about the costs of the civil proceedings. The paper also includes a short historical part, the comparison with the German law system and a short consideration about possible legislative changes. |
