| Abstract: | Insolvenční zákon přinesl mnoho změn týkajících se správy majetku dlužníka. Osoba s dispozičním oprávněním je dle §2 písm. f) osobou, které v průběhu insolvenčního řízení přísluší právo nakládat s majetkovou podstatou ohledně všech oprávnění, ze kterých se skládá. Tou osobou může být buď dlužník nebo insolvenční správce, ne oba najednou. Tyto subjekty vykonávají správu nad majetkem dlužníka přímo a v užším pohledu tvoří pouze oni majetkovou správu v insolvenci. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Insolvency Act has brought several changes concerning administration of estates of the defaulter. Person with the Power of disposition is in compliance with § 2 section f) a person who is allowed to hold the estates in relation to all the authorisations. This person may be the debtor or the insolvency administrator, not both. Those subjects administer the assets of the debtor directly. Furthermore, they comprise the administration of assets in the insolvency. |
