| Abstract: | Tématem diplomová práce je postavení soudního exekutora v České republice ve srovnání s jinými zeměmi v rámci Evropské unie. Práce se zabývá hlavně postavením soudního exekutora v České republice a dále postavením soudního exekutora v Polsku a na Slovensku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. O postavení českého exekutora pojednává práce v první až deváté kapitole. Desátá kapitola, která je rozdělena na dvě části, se zabývá rozdíly mezi českou a zahraniční úpravou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is position of a judicial executor in the Czech Republic compared with other countries of the European Union. The work deals mainly with the position of a judicial executor in the Czech Republic and further the position of a judicial executor in Poland and Slovak Republic. This thesis has two parts. The position of Czech executor is described from chapter one to chapter nine. The tenth chapter, which is divided into two parts, deals with the differences between Czech and foreign regulation. |
