| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Vstup do praxe očima začínajícího učitele 1. stupně základních škol na Rokycansku" představuje výzkum, kdy úkolem šetření bylo získat a zpracovat data, která objasní sledované jevy, které vyplynuly ze získaných kategorií. Pomocí tří metod byly sledovány první kroky začínajících učitelů ve vzdělávacím procesu, jejich problémy a úspěchy při plánování a realizaci výuky, nastavení klima třídy, komunikaci s rodiči. Výzkum byl rozdělen do tří částí. V každé části byla využita jedna metoda. V první části byla použita metoda analýzy reflektivních deníků, kam začínající učitelé zaznamenávali svoji sebereflexi. Druhá část výzkumu byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor a třetí částí bylo samotné pozorování začínajících učitelů v praxi. Metody byly použity tak, aby na sebe smysluplně navazovaly. Diplomová práce mi přinesla nové poznatky v procesu získávání nových znalostí a zkušeností v pozici začínajícího učitele. Vedla mě k tomu, abych hlouběji reflektovala své pedagogické jednání. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis on the topic "Entry into practice through the eyes of a beginning primary school teacher in the Rokycany region" is a research in which the task of the survey was to obtain and process data that clarify the observed phenomena that resulted from the obtained categories. Using three methods, the first steps of beginning teachers in the educational process, their problems and successes in the planning and implementation of teaching, setting the classroom climate, communication with parents were monitored. The research was divided into three parts. One method was used in each part. In the first part, the method of analysis of reflective diaries was used, where beginning teachers recorded their self-reflection. The second part of the research was a semi-structured interview and the third part was the very observation of beginning teachers in practice. The methods were used in such a way that they meaningfully follow each other. The diploma thesis brought me new knowledge in the process of gaining new knowledge and experience in the position of a beginning teacher. It led me to reflect more deeply on my pedagogical behavior. |
