| Abstract: | Cílem práce je provedení analýzy hospodaření a vyhodnotit finanční situaci města Manětín. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá územně samosprávnými celky. V první kapitole jsou charakterizovány kraje a obce. Následující kapitola detailně rozebírá rozpočet, příjmy a výdaje. Poslední část teoretické části práce se zabývá charakteristikou příspěvkových organizací a financování příspěvkových organizací. Na teoretickou část navazuje čas praktická, která začíná představením města Manětín a jeho příspěvkových organizací (konkrétně Základní školy Manětín). Po představení následuje již samotná analýza hospodaření města zaměřená na příjmovou a výdajovou část rozpočtu v letech 2017 až 2021. Po analýze hospodaření města pokračuje analýzy hospodaření Základní školy Manětín v letech 2018 až 2021. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to carry out an analysis of the economy and to evaluate the financial situation of the town of Manětín. The theoretical part of the paper deals with territorially autonomous units. In the first chapter, regions and municipalities are characterized. The following chapter discusses the budget, income and expenses in more detail. The last part of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of contributory organizations and the financing of contributory organizations. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which begins with the introduction of the town of Manětín and their contributory organizations (specifically the Manětín Elementary School). The presentation is followed by the analysis of the city's economy focused on the revenue and expenditure part of the budget in the years 2017 to 2021. After the analysis of the city's economy, the analysis of the management of the Manětín Elementary School in the years 2018 to 2021 continues. |
