| Abstract: | Tato archeologicko-biologická diplomová práce navazuje na publikace dalších autorů v tomto oboru a částečně také na moji vlastní bakalářskou práci z roku 2020. Mezi hlavní části této práce je charakteristika výplní různých objektů a následná interpretace, jaké pochody s největší pravděpodobností vedly k tvorbě materiálu, který byl v objektech uložený a tím přispět k debatě o původu vzniku a funkci zkoumaných žlabovitých objektů, které se nalézaly na lokalitě Březnice u Bechyně z mladší doby bronzové. Historická keramika byla testována na přítomnost různých proteinů vyskytujících se v potravinách. Testovány byly proteiny charakterizující vejce, kuřecí maso, vepřové maso, hovězí maso, mléko a obilí. Další částí této práce bylo také prokázání využitelnosti testování historické keramiky za pomoci metody antigen-protilátka, která je schopná odlišit vařené proteiny od proteinů pocházejících z pozdější kontaminace. Další výstup této práce je důkaz existence drůbeže na sídlišti z mladší doby bronzové. |
| Abstract in different language: | This (represented) archaeological and biological master thesis is based on publications of following (previously mentioned) authors in this Scientific field and partly on my own bachelor thesis from the year of 2020. Among the most vital parts of the graduation project is the filling of different objects and following interpretation of the processes, which caused the creation of the material storing in those objects and contributes to discussions about the origin and functions of examined prolonged, narrow objects located in the area of Březnice u Bechyně from the Late Bronze Age. Historical pottery was tested on presence of different proteins occurring in different groceries. Proteins characterizing (contained in) eggs, chicken, pork, beef, milk and grain were tested. The next part of the work was to demonstrate utility/benefits of testing historical ceramics using the antigen-antibody method which is able to distinguish cooked proteins from proteins derived from later contamination. Another output of this work is proof of the existence of poultry in a settlement from the Late Bronze Age. |
