| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá restrukturalizací malé obchodní firmy. V první části práce je popsán stav, ve kterém byla firma před žádanou restrukturalizací. Následuje analýza a návrh změn, které by měla firma provést ke zlepšení své pozice na trhu. Zároveň analýza navrhuje kroky ke zpřehlednění interních procesů. Závěr práce obsahuje SWOT analýzu poskytující přehled o navrženém stavu a jeho silných a slabých stránkách, příležitostech a hrozbách. Během psaní práce firma aplikovala změny navrženy nezávislou firmou. Práce je doplněna i o tyto informace. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the restructuring of the small business company. In the first part, there is a description of the company?s state before the restructuring itself. It is followed by analysis and suggestions which should be performed in order to enhance the company's position on the market. The analysis also suggests steps for creating internal processes more transparent. The conclusion contains SWOT analysis offering details about newly suggested state and its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Some changes have been made by independent company, during the writing of this thesis. The work contains even these information. |
