| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku životosprávy dospívající mládeže. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části je životospráva zpracována spíše obecně. Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které ovlivňují životosprávu. Je zde zpracován obecný vývoj a také doporučení v oblasti životosprávy pro danou věkovou kategorii. S teoretickou částí je úzce provázána část praktická. V rámci praktické části bakalářské práce byl zpracován vlastní dotazník, na základě kterého byl zjišťován postoj středoškolské mládeže k životosprávě. V rámci dotazníkového šetření byl porovnán postoj žáků s výučním listem a s maturitní zkouškou. Výzkum byl proveden na Hotelové škole v Plzni. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v přehledných tabulkách. Každý výsledek dotazníkového šetření je stručně okomentován vlastním názorem. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byla doporučena nápravná opatření ke zlepšení současného stavu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis is focused on issues of regime of adolescents. The thesis is diveded into two parts, that means into theoretic and practical part. The author wrote the regime in the theoretic part mainly generally. First of all there are done the basic terms used in regime. Next in the theoretic part is done the period of the adolescent. There is done the human develop of adolescent and recommendation for the adolescents. The theoretic part is connected with the practical part. In the practical part there was made the questionnaire. On the basic of the questionnaire was compared the attitude to the regime of the students with the secondary school leaving exam and students with vocational certificate. The research was done at the Hotel school in Pilsen. The results were done in clearly table. Each of results of the guestionnaire was shortly commented by the opinion of the author. On the based of discovered results was recommend corrective arrangement to improve the current regime of the adolescents. |
