| Abstract: | Cílem práce je charakterizovat logistické procesy v konkrétní společnosti a dále na základě provedené analýzy naformulovat pro společnost případná doporučení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretickou část tvoří kapitoly, které se zaměřují na charakteristiku logistiky, skladování, informační technologie a metody pro analýzu logistických procesů. Po přiblížení logistických procesů společnosti se práce detailněji zaměřuje na skladovací procesy. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, její logistických procesů a analýzu prostoru skladu a stavu zásob, z jejichž zhodnocení vycházejí návrhy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The goal of the thesis is to characterize the logistics processes in a specific company and based on the analysis, to formulate possible recommendations for the company. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of chapters that focus on the characteristics of logistics, storage, information technology and methods for analyzing logistics processes. After approaching the logistics processes of the company, the work focuses in more detail on storage processes. The practical part contains an introduction to the company, its logistics processes, and an analysis of the warehouse space and inventory status, from the evaluation of which proposals are based. |
