dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na právní úpravu sportu v České republice s důrazem na problematiku spojenou s právním postavením profesionálních sportovců ledního hokeje. Cílem bylo zhodnotit právní postavení sportovce v kontextu občanskoprávní a pracovněprávní roviny. V teoretické části se práce věnuje pojmům sport, sportovní organizace a zabývá se působením evropského práva na sportu. Také rozebírá zahraniční právní úpravu a objasnění role sportovního agenta v oblasti sportu. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzy smluv profesionálního sportovce a nezletilého sportovce ledního hokeje. V závěru práce je pomocí doporučení de lege ferenda nastíněn postup právní úpravy sportu v České republice.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis provides a comprehensive view of the legal regulation of sports in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on issues related to the legal status of professional ice hockey athletes. The goal was to evaluate the legal status of the athlete in the context of civil law and labor law. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the concepts of sport, sports organizations and deals with the impact of European law on sports. It also analyzes foreign legislation and clarification of the role of a sports agent in the field of sports. In the practical part, the work focuses on the analysis of contracts of professional athletes and minor ice hockey athletes. At the end of the work, the procedure of legal regulation of sports in the Czech Republic is outlined with the help of de lege ferenda recommendations.en
